I believe customer service or call centre jobs do not need any explanations in this age because you may have at sometime contacted your bank, telephone company, Amazon, and other companies to solve one problem or the other for you based on your doing business with them or using their products and services. You spoke with one of their agents in that process. However, a highlight of this job may be relevant to some people. Call centre or customer service agents are employees or contractors of a company who answer questions regarding the company’s products and services. They are the voice of the company. They help the company clients and customers solve technical or service problems related to the company products and services.
